BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

For standard bookings we ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior to arrival otherwise you will incur a £20pp charge.
All groups will be required to supply a credit card to file.
For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of £20 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.
For arrivals 15 minutes after your booking time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and a £10pp charge will be applied to the credit card on file unless you have contacted the restaurant by phone to advise us of your delay.
For Christmas Party and Christmas Day bookings we ask that any cancellation or guest number reduction is notified a minimum of 72 hours before your reservation time. Deposits are non refundable should you not arrive, fail to cancel or if you provide less than 72 hours notice of cancellation or party number reduction.
Pre-orders must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours prior to your visit.
Christmas Party/Day for arrivals 15 minutes after your booking time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your full deposit will be forfeit, unless you have contacted the restaurant by phone to advise us you may be late. Please note for all large / Christmas parties throughout November and December there will be a no show / cancellation charge of £20pp.

KIDS EAT FREE

Available Sunday to Friday 12pm-7pm all year round (Excluding December, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day).
1 free main course kids meal.
1 kids meal per adult purchasing a main meal from the A la Carte menu.
Includes a colouring sheet and soft drink from the kids menu.
Although there is no upper age limit our Kids menu is designed for children up to approx age 8 dependent on appetite requirements.
To redeem the offer, simply show your server your code which you will find on our app.

Purchase of a gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions
Our gift cards and e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Are only valid for 18 months from date of purchase
Can be used any day, any time.
Gift cards and e-vouchers are non refundable.
Any reimbursement for physical gift cards will go back on to a gift card, not given in cash.
Middletons are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards or e-vouchers – protect your card/voucher as you would cash

An 12% optional service charge will be applied to all bills
The service charge is advertised on our menu and at the foot of receipts for guests to check before making payment.
All payments are shared between our employees
The service charge is optional and removal can be requested.

Maximum 2-hour slot. Norwich 90 minutes. Last orders 15 minutes before the end of your booking
Your time slot starts from the time of booking. Slots will not be extended for late arrivals.
Last seating is 8pm Sunday to Friday and 5pm on Saturday. Norwich & Colchester last seating Saturday 4pm.
Everyone in the party must par-take in the Bottomless Brunch offer.
Min table size for Bottomless Brunch is 2 guests.
Max table size for Bottomless Brunch is 12 guests. Larger parties accepted at the discretion of Middletons management. Tables of 6+ guests for Bottomless Brunch must be pre-booked.
Booking is always recommended.
Only 1 main meal per person is included in the Bottomless Brunch offer.
Bottomless Brunch not available with any other offer.
Additional sides, starters and desserts are charged at main menu price.
Bottomless Brunch cocktails are limited to those on the brunch menu.
Price is per person; drinks cannot be shared.
Some dishes carry a small additional supplement charge.
Drinking to excess won’t be permitted and Management reserve the right to refuse extra drinks. We will only refill drinks that are finished and this is at our discretion.

GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No purchase necessary to enter the competition. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of The Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Unless explicitly stated in the extra terms for the competition below, only one entry per person will be accepted.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are non transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Gold Card is valid for 12 months from issue date with 50% off food from the a la carte menu only. The Gold Card can be used Monday to Friday for the cardholders food only, photo ID will be required.
